Notice of Trustee Vacancy - Dental & Vision Fund

The Cambridge Public Employees Dental and Vision Fund currently has a vacancy for the Employee Trustee position for a participant in the Fund who’s a retired employee.   The Fund is requesting that any retired employee who is currently receiving benefits from the Fund and who would like to serve as the Employee Trustee representing retired participants to deliver or send a letter of interest to the Fund’s office at 100 CambridgePark Drive, Suite 101, Cambridge, MA 02140.

The Trustees generally meet one time in every month starting at 5:00PM at Cambridge City Hall.  The meetings usually last about one hour and Trustees receive a small stipend for attending the meetings.   As the Trustee representing retired participants you will be expected to provide input and information to the Trustees reflective of the interests and concerns of the Fund’s retired participants in addition to all other phases of the Fund’s administration and operation.

Your letter should include pertinent information about you (including years of service and prior department) and what you would add to the administration of the Fund.   Any letters of interest must be submitted no later than Monday, December 2, 2019 by 5:00 p.m.
