      • Another way to provide us with your direct deposit information is through a direct deposit letter from your bank. These can be easy to get and are a great alternative if you do not have a check book.
      • It differs from bank to bank on how to obtain a direct deposit letter. For many banks, you can request one from your bank app and it will send you the letter through email. For other banks, you can access this letter from their website.
        • Some banks may require you to call or come in person to obtain a letter.
      • Please ensure the letter contains your name, the bank you use, and your account and routing numbers.
  • You can send us either the check or letter by mail, email (ehayes@cambridgeretirementma.gov), or by fax (617-868-3477).
  • If none of these options work, please contact our office so we can figure out a way to get you your pension payments.
